Founded in 1967 by Dugan Curtis in Dallas, Texas, Brazos quickly earned a reputation as one of the most respected and trusted builders in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. Built on the principles of hard work, honesty, and integrity, Brazos has delivered exceptional results for hundreds of homeowners, businesses, and public agencies — including H.U.D., public schools, and health facilities.
Today, Brazos is led by Brandon Chaney, who has spent his life in the construction industry. Since purchasing Brazos in 2015, Brandon has carried forward its proud tradition while continuing to grow the company’s expertise in custom homes, cabins, and commercial projects throughout North Texas.
